| The first grade learns many things. They learn how to read and write. They learn mathematics and how to add and subtract. The first graders have story time with their teachers. They also learn how to get along with other classmates. Getting along with eachother is one main thing that they need to know in their life. | |||||||||||||

The First Grade Plays

| The first grade performs two plays, The First Thanksgiving and Wackadoo Zoo. Both plays are performed in the church.
In The First Thanksgiving play, they dress up as Pilgrims and Indians. They each memorize a line and recite with another first grade student. In the Wackadoo Zoo play, the first graders dress up as animals. such as lions, goats, monkeyss, and cows. |
