Girl's Soccer!

Just recently we have had some girls from St. Edward play for another league and won first or second in the state. We are all very proud of them and wish them good luck on their upcoming seasons! Congrats!! We can't wait to see what is next!
In soccer, you start out with fowards, mid-fields, defense, and a goalie. Depending on what grade you are in, you start out with either 8 or 11 people on the field. There are many rules to soccer and you have to follow all of them. The object of the game is to shoot or dribble,with your feet, the ball into the oposing goal. But you also have to stop others in the process. Soccer is becoming one of the world's most famous sports and it is a lot of fun. You should try it!!!
Calling All Girls!

This year St. Edward is trying to get an all girl's soccer team for the 7th and 8th grade Spring season. We are hoping that this year will be a lucky one and we will win the championship! Sign ups will be coming soon.
We Won!!!

Just recently our 7th and 8th grade co-ed soccer team won 2nd in the city and we hope to win 1st this year. We may not have done our best in the past years but I think it is time to step it up.
